TLS encryption

CNaught offers connection level security through HTTPS TLS encryption. CNaught supports TLS 1.2.

API key

Your API key authorizes requests on behalf of your account and should be kept secret. Learn how to obtain an access token.

Your API key should only be revealed to services that need it.
Do not send API keys over non-HTTPS connections.
If you think your API key has been compromised generate a new one from your API keys management page and delete the old one.
